So simple you could DO IT IN YOUR SLEEP.
Connect Your Wearable.
Apple Watch, WHOOP, Garmin, Oura, Eight Sleep, or Coros. If it syncs your sleep to Apple Health, you're in. Each morning Dream Team reads last night's sleep from Apple Health and scores it. Just open the app and tap to submit, no manual logging required.
Survive AND ADVANCE.
Get placed into a classic 64-person bracket, seeded by average sleep score. It's single elimination every night. The person with the higher sleep score moves on. Lose, and you're out.
Claim the Crown.
Win six matchups in a row to win the tournament. Bank your points and lock in your spot for next week's bracket. The only way you lose is if you don't snooze.
All my homies love sleep.
Matchups are set every night at 9 PM Eastern (6 PM Pacific). After that, you can size up your opponent's sleep game: every night they've slept, side by side with yours. Then, head to bed and get a good night's sleep.

SCORED THE SAME WAY. EVERY NIGHT. EVERYONE.
Apple Watch, WHOOP, Garmin — every device grades your sleep with its own secret formula, on its own scale. Great for a personal app; no way to run a fair fight. So we don't use any of them. Instead, Dream Team reads the same raw sleep data your device logs to Apple Health — how long you slept, when you turned in, and how much you were awake — and runs one identical formula for every player. Your watch never tips the scale.
These are approximations of Apple's three-part sleep score; Apple Health's formula is proprietary.
DURATION / 50
How long you slept, up to a healthy ideal. The biggest slice of your score — because nothing beats actual time asleep.
BEDTIME / 30
How consistent you are with your own trailing-average bedtime. New account or just crossed time zones? It falls back to an absolute-hour curve so you still get a fair read.
INTERRUPTIONS / 20
How little you tossed, turned, and woke. The quieter your night, the closer you get to a perfect 20.
